  • E’ contestabile il licenziamento per inidoneità fisica sopravvenuta?
  • E’ legittimo che sia stato licenziato per superamento del periodo di comporto computando in esso anche periodi di assenza dal lavoro connessi a un infortunio sul lavoro o a malattia professionale riconosciuti dall’INAIL?
  • Ci sono termini da rispettare per impugnare il licenziamento per superamento del periodo di comporto?
